Be wary of this SCAM company. We called them for a possible moving home service and a representative came out for a survey.After the survey loads4less sent us an email with a quote and we thought it to be very expensive and confusing with alot of additional upsells. As a result of that, my wife and I decided not to go ahead and instead used an amazing company called Soveriegn Removals. They were absolutely brilliant and their quote was considerably less ( night and day difference) and a lot clearer, simpler, and very professional. We went above our time with the move as the keys to our new house were released at 4.30pm which was really late in the day, but they did not charge us even a penny extra. We made sure to tip them handsomely for their hard work and generosity. With loads4less, it was a completely different story. It felt like I was dealing with some budget airline like easy jet.. on the face of it the quote appeared to be normal but once you looked at everything carefully (as in the fine print and all the extras, and even the contract, it was obvious that the quote was very likely to change and be alot higher on the day of the move). The most important thing is that nothing had been officially signed or contractually agreed with this SCAM company.A few weeks later, loads4less sent us an email claiming that we owe them money and demanding we pay them. We were shocked, and it was almost laughable, I must say.Now they have the cheek to go through a small claims court to chase us, which obviously we will be defending. What a disgusting and SCAM company/people to deal with. Please be wary of SCAMMERS like this. I hope they can respond to this review and I will definitely be responding back, and ill be uploadong pictures and expose the outcome of this bogus court claim.I am over confident that the courts will see the scam this company has pulled and will be sure to leave another review for the update for everyone to see. Readers, please do visit the review section for an update in a few months time.It's just frustrating, as it's such a waste of time for everyone involved. I just hope other home movers are aware of the SCAMMY practices and traders such as Loads4less.I will leave another review as I want to go public with the WHOLE matter and process. I will shortly be uploading the emails we have received from loads4less right from the very start just so there is 100% transparency for people to see. Adam is my HERO! Earlier today I spotted a beautiful antique wardrobe at the side of the road. It was raining and I knew I only had a matter of time to get it home. I called Adam - on a Sunday night! - and asked how quickly he could help me out. He made it out to Norwich in record time, secured the wardrobe, and helped me get it home without a scratch. I’ve included a picture so you can all see how massive this wardrobe is, and understand how impressive it is that Adam was able to transport it safely at such short notice.

One of your drivers need to learn how to drive. He Pulled out infront of me in the car with my kids on the A47 and then when I beeped at his to let him know I was there he threw his hands up at me like it was my fault.

Incompetent and unhelpful Only hire if time is not important to you and you don't mind it costing much more than quoted. We hired loads4less for a house move. We had to be out of the house by 12. The manager/owner (Adam) came to the house himself to estimate the amount of stuff. Loads4less only had small Luton lorries. He missed by almost 2 of their lorries(est 2,real 4) meaning we were not out of the house until 4 hours after we should have been, since an extra round trip was required (charged by the hour despite it being their 'error'). We were absolutely explicit in our need to be out of our house by midday as I was concerned at the time Adam said they were due to arrive (10am). He reassured us this would be plenty of time. In fact we were out of the house by 4pm resulting in a complaint to our solicitors from our buyers. We hired our own van to move the remainder since there would have been another extra trip involved. The people doing the move were nice and very hardworking, but one of the three was a child and his output was noticeably low. They finished moving stuff in about 10 pm. Loads4 Less added significant stress to our move day, cost more than we anticipated and were quoted for (despite a full survey having been carried out) and have not followed up our feedback with a call, apology or explanation. Do not use this company.
