Excellent experience from booking removal onwards. Straightforward, value for money. They arrived at 11am as agreed and smoothly loaded and unloaded within the two hours as estimated. Helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Oh wow, what can I say. This is definitely the company everyone should use. Highly recommend the service, the dedication from the guys to ensure your moving in or movie g out is stress free. They will travel anywhere, any distance at a fraction lower compared to others. And the guys doing our move, were a great team. We had the best. I could go on, but honestly anyone who needs a thing moving, their name says it all, they certainly load 4 less. Thank you.

Loads4Less have an efficient system for booking your removal needs. There are several means of obtaining a quote and the office staff will help with any difficulties. On moving day Walid, Darren and Max arrived on time and were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Loads4Less again.

I recently used Loads4Less for a move from Bury St Edmund’s to Norwich, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Communication before the move was excellent, and the person who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. Indeed, Loads4Less is a fantastic company! Outstanding customer service, professional, thoughtful and reliable. The whole experience, from requesting a quote to removals/moving house, was top-notch service! Richard was accommodating throughout the process, addressed all my concerns, was flexible with changes that occurred along the way and followed up at every stage. Troy and Wahlid arrived on time and used the necessary covering/protection to conserve the integrity of the space (walls, stairwell and doors); they were very friendly and professional, making the removal process seamless. Loads4Less is the removal/moving company I needed! And YES, I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! Thank you!
