My interactions with Adam and his team have always been nothing short of professional and inspiring - there is a real sense of workmanship and a desire to do what’s right for the customer. Adam and the team will go the extra mile to ensure that your experience is a positive one and any discrepancies are resolved as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of support with moving or storage.

The office were very professional and answered my queries. Deposit payment online worked fine. Joe very patiently loaded up the transit van and transported my possessions and unloaded it without any issues. Lovely team.

This is the worst removals company we have ever experienced. After reading many positive reviews we thought using them would be a safe choice. The name doesn't mean anything to their service. They damaged our contents and then refused any responsibility for the damage.Left with a broken fridge freezer now.

Spoke to a guy called Adam; terrible service and really incompetent staff, prices are too high and certainly not worth it. Make sure to shop around before as there are many better removal companies out there

After a difficult time for my daughter, and with her moving back home we found ourselves needing some furniture for her bedroom - I contacted Adam after seeing his sustainable selection at his premises and he sound us the perfect items making the whole situation much easier and even delivered them for us and his men took everything upstairs for us and made sure we were ok before leavingI wish more companies would see the benefits not only to the environment but also to people in need as much as Adam and the loads for less team do.I will certainly be recommending them to everyone and anyone I canThank you Adam

Be wary of this SCAM company. We called them for a possible moving home service and a representative came out for a survey.After the survey loads4less sent us an email with a quote and we thought it to be very expensive and confusing with alot of additional upsells. As a result of that, my wife and I decided not to go ahead and instead used an amazing company called Soveriegn Removals. They were absolutely brilliant and their quote was considerably less ( night and day difference) and a lot clearer, simpler, and very professional. We went above our time with the move as the keys to our new house were released at 4.30pm which was really late in the day, but they did not charge us even a penny extra. We made sure to tip them handsomely for their hard work and generosity. With loads4less, it was a completely different story. It felt like I was dealing with some budget airline like easy jet.. on the face of it the quote appeared to be normal but once you looked at everything carefully (as in the fine print and all the extras, and even the contract, it was obvious that the quote was very likely to change and be alot higher on the day of the move). The most important thing is that nothing had been officially signed or contractually agreed with this SCAM company.A few weeks later, loads4less sent us an email claiming that we owe them money and demanding we pay them. We were shocked, and it was almost laughable, I must say.Now they have the cheek to go through a small claims court to chase us, which obviously we will be defending. What a disgusting and SCAM company/people to deal with. Please be wary of SCAMMERS like this. I hope they can respond to this review and I will definitely be responding back, and ill be uploadong pictures and expose the outcome of this bogus court claim.I am over confident that the courts will see the scam this company has pulled and will be sure to leave another review for the update for everyone to see. Readers, please do visit the review section for an update in a few months time.It's just frustrating, as it's such a waste of time for everyone involved. I just hope other home movers are aware of the SCAMMY practices and traders such as Loads4less.I will leave another review as I want to go public with the WHOLE matter and process. I will shortly be uploading the emails we have received from loads4less right from the very start just so there is 100% transparency for people to see.
